Ponytails FAQs
| 1. How do I install the ponytail? |
1.) Make the bun of your natural hair as small as possible to get a flat natural looking install. If you have thick or long hair, you may need to split your hair into 2 or 3 sections, twist it and then make the bun. 2.) Secure the combs at the top and bottom of your head (north and south position) not east and west and make sure the combs are lying flat. 3.) After making sure the combs are lying flat, pull the latch tight but make sure it’s comfortable and wrap the remainder of the string around the base of the ponytail and secure it with a bobby pin. 4.) Finally, take a piece of the hair and wrap it around the base of the ponytail and secure it with a bobby pin. 5.) Wear straight or style as desired |
| 2. Do I have to select a ponytail that matches my hair textures? | No you can wear any texture you like. Once you tie your hair in a ponytail, you have the perfect base to experiment with different textures. |

First off, before ordering I asked a lot of questions, and they were all patiently and politely answered by Ella in customer service. I’m a 4c natural and I’ve bought straight textured hair before, but Sahara Silk is in a class of its own. The way it blends into my hair had me wowed and my husband completely confused.
