You purchased from us and no longer need the product? We understand things change and we'll refund you if you contact us up to 7 days after your purchase to initiate a refund. The product must not be used and must have all the tags attached and be in its original packaging.
We encourage you to shop carefully and consider purchasing a texture sample if you want to play with the hair to ensure you select the correct product for your needs.
We will offer a refund, exchange or credit under the following circumstances:
- If the product is faulty.
- The product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you.

The product is not fit for the purpose you made known to us before we supplied it to you.
Subject to the above circumstances, hair samples, brushes, and hair extensions are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
If an item is returned, your refund will be made to the original payment method.

"This hair is even more stunning than depicted in the stunning pictures! First off, before ordering I asked a lot of questions, and they were all patiently and politely answered by Ella in customer service. I was curious so I bought a texture sample expecting the hair to be like the kinky straight texture I’ve tried before, but its not. I’m a 4c natural and I’ve bought straight textured hair before, but Sahara Silk is in a class of its own. The way it blends into my hair had me wowed and my husband completely confused. I took it to the hair salon to be curled and even the hairdresser was impressed. It flat irons bone straight and also holds a curl well. As if that’s not enough, the handtied packaging was a classy touch and I love the free keyring with the logo.
